Our Story
The Edo State Drugs and Health Commodities Management Agency (EDODMA) was established by law on June 6 to ensure the efficient procurement, storage, and distribution of quality-assured medicines and health commodities across public and private health facilities in Edo State. Evolving from the former Essential Drugs Programme, EDODMA is committed to improving access to essential drugs, reducing stock-outs, promoting accountability, and strengthening the health supply chain system. The agency plays a key role in ensuring that both public and private sectors benefit from a reliable, transparent, and sustainable drug management system that supports better healthcare outcomes statewide.
